Privacy Policy
Introduction
This Privacy Policy is designed to provide a detailed overview of the online and offline practices employed by the 250 Cash Advance: Instant Loan mobile application (hereafter referred to as “the App”) regarding the gathering, usage, sharing, and sale of personal information, as well as the rights of consumers in relation to their personal data.
Personal Information We Collect
The App collects various types of personal information from consumers, including:
1. Identifiers: This encompasses data points such as a person’s real name, mailing address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, social security number, and driver’s license number. These identifiers are obtained directly from the consumers themselves. The purpose of collecting this information is to facilitate the connection between consumers and lenders, as well as to recommend additional services that may be of interest to them.
2. Personal Information Categories: In addition to identifiers, the App also gathers other categories of personal information directly from consumers, as outlined in subdivision (e) of California Civil Code Section 1798.80. This includes an individual’s name, social security number, physical address, phone number, driver’s license or state ID card number, employment information, bank account number, and other relevant financial details. The rationale behind collecting this data is the same as that for identifiers – to connect consumers with lenders and suggest additional beneficial services.
3. Protected Classifications and Geolocation Data: The App also collects information about characteristics of protected classifications under applicable federal and state laws, such as a person’s age, which is obtained directly from consumers. Furthermore, the App gathers geolocation data that indicates an individual’s approximate location, which is sourced from data analytics providers. The primary goal of collecting both types of data is to facilitate the connection between consumers and lenders and to introduce them to additional services that may be of interest.
Disclosure or Sale of Personal Information to Third Parties
The App discloses or sells certain categories of personal information to third parties for business or commercial purposes, including:
1. Identifiers: The App discloses or sells identifiers such as a person’s real name, mailing address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, social security number, and driver’s license number to entities such as lenders, lender networks, and other marketing partners.
2. Personal Information Categories: The App also discloses or sells additional personal information categories (as described in subdivision (e) of California Civil Code Section 1798.80), including an individual’s name, social security number, address, phone number, driver’s license or state ID card number, employment status, bank account number, and other financial information to the same third parties mentioned above.
3. Protected Classification Characteristics: Lastly, the App discloses or sells information about characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law, such as a person’s age, to lenders, lender networks, and other marketing partners.
It is important to note that the App does not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of minors under the age of 16 without affirmative authorization.

To safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we employ security measures that are compliant with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards, secured files, and buildings. Whenever sensitive information is collected, it is encrypted and transmitted to us securely.
Use of Cookies
The App utilizes “cookies,” which are small pieces of data stored on a user’s device to enhance their access to the App and identify repeat visitors. Cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to improve their overall experience on the App.
Limiting Information Sharing
If you wish to limit our sharing of your personal information, you can do so by sending an email to [email protected].
Rights of California Consumers
Under the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), California consumers have the following rights:
1. Right to Know: You have the right to request that the App disclose the personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell. To exercise this right, send a request to [email protected]. The categories of information collected or disclosed in the last 12 months are as described above.
To verify your request for information, you must provide your name, email, and phone number. A verification link will be sent to your email address, directing you to a verification page where you must provide additional personal information. We will match the provided information with the personal information maintained by the App. You will also need to submit a signed declaration under penalty of perjury confirming that you are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request. Once your identity is verified, your request will be promptly processed.
2. Right to Request Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information collected or maintained by the App. To do so, send a request to [email protected].
To verify your request for deletion, you must follow the same verification process as described above for the Right to Know.
3. Right to Opt-Out of Sale: You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. To exercise this right, click or send a request to [email protected].
If you are an Authorized Agent acting on behalf of a consumer to exercise their right to opt out, send an email request to [email protected], along with documentation proving the agency relationship.
4. Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right to receive nondiscriminatory treatment from us for exercising your privacy rights under the CCPA. Unless permitted by the CCPA, the App will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices or rates, provide a different level or quality of services, or suggest that you will receive a different price, rate, or quality of services for exercising your CCPA rights.
